Come Paddle With Us!

What is Dragon Boating?

Dragon boating is a boat of 10-20 paddlers and a steersperson. (During a race, there is also a drummer!)  It’s a team sport in its purest form that encompasses the elements of power, speed, synchronization, and endurance.

Benefits of Dragon Boating:

It accommodates a wide range of skill levels from novice to competitive
It is a low-impact, full-body workout for people of any experience level
It is a sport you can do year round! (See schedule below)
It is a TEAM sport – it not only promotes both mental and physical teamwork, but you’ll make new friends 👯‍♂️
It takes place outdoors so you reap the spiritual benefits of being in nature (think “forest bathing”)
It is LOTS of FUN!
